Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and antivirus software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient English; Danish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users.
• Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Train users on new software or hardware as needed.
• Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new technologies or processes to improve efficiency.
