Job summary

AGC Biologics is seeking a IT Service Desk Student Assistant to join our Copenhagen Site. You will deliver frontline IT support to employees, contractors, and consultants, handling incidents and requests through ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, while assisting with asset management and onboarding/offboarding tasks.

You will work with a global IT team in a regulated life sciences environment, gaining hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations, ITSM practices, and IT asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Provide frontline IT support to employees and contractors.
• Assist with incident and service request fulfillment per ITSM procedures.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via walk-up, phone, email, Teams, and ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and access problems.
• Assist with incident and service request fulfillment and escalate when needed.
• Update tickets with clear notes and resolutions; maintain knowledge articles.
