Job summary

Globant in Copenhagen is seeking a motivated Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. You will be the first point of contact for user requests, log and triage tickets, and assist with routine hardware and software tasks under mentor guidance.

As a recent graduate or student in CS/IT/Systems Engineering, you will gain hands-on experience, learn internal tools, and follow SOPs to deliver reliable support.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial IT support contact and log tickets via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve entry-level hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, software installations, configurations and updates per SOP.
• Collaborate with the team on project deliverables and escalations.
• Engage in regular training modules and follow internal processes.
