As an IRATA Level 3 Blade Repair Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality wind turbine services across international and worldwide projects. You will be responsible for planning and executing advanced blade repairs, supervising rope access operations, and ensuring safe and efficient execution on site.

Requirements

• GWO Basic Safety Training
• GWO Blade Repair (Blade B)
• Confined Space certification
• Valid offshore/onshore medical certificate
• Valid travel insurance
• EU passport or legal right to work within the EU
• Proven experience in wind turbine blade repair
• Strong understanding of safe rope access operations and IRATA procedures
• Ability to lead teams on site and take responsibility for execution.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects worldwide
