Job Description

As a Blade Repair Technician, you will be responsible for executing high-quality blade repairs on wind turbines using platform-based access systems across international and worldwide projects. A key part of the role is hands-on experience with operating, installing, and handling work platforms (MEWPs or suspended platforms) in a safe and efficient manner.

You will work as part of a skilled team, supporting the setup, operation, and dismantling of access equipment, while carrying out composite repairs to a consistently high standard. Documented experience with blade repair and platform operations is essential, along with a strong understanding of safety procedures and site execution.
