Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a skilled wind turbine blade technician to join our field team in Denmark. You will perform inspection, maintenance and repair work on turbine blades at height using rope access techniques, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to industry standards.

In this role you will inspect blades for damage, carry out composite repairs, and perform surface preparation, sanding, filling and finishing work, while adhering to strict HSE procedures and reporting findings

Qualifications

• Experience with rope access at height is required.
• Experience inspecting composite blades and performing repairs.
• Commitment to HSE procedures and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wind turbine blades for damage from height.
• Perform composite repairs (cracks, erosion, leading edge).
• Carry out surface preparation, sanding, filling and finishing.

You will be responsible for performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work on wind turbine blades at height using rope access techniques. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.
