Job summary

Muehlhan Group in Denmark seeks an experienced wind turbine blade technician to perform advanced blade inspections and repairs at height, while supervising rope access operations and ensuring safety compliance.

You will mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, lead risk assessments, enforce HSE procedures on site, and produce clear job reports and documentation to conclude repair scopes.

Qualifications

• IRATA rope access competency is essential.
• Ability to supervise rope teams and enforce safe systems of work at height.
• Experience documenting inspections and repairs with clear reporting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced wind turbine blade inspections and repairs (composite structures, leading edge, trailing edge, erosion, cracks).
• Perform rope access operations in accordance with IRATA standards.
• Supervise rope teams and ensure safe systems of work at height.
• Lead risk assessments and enforce HSE procedures on site.
• Support planning and execution of repair scopes.
• Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Produce clear and accurate job reports and documentation.
