Hamamatsu Photonics A/S is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our Incoming Quality Control and drive improvements across operations. You will collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Engineering to ensure materials meet our strict quality standards and to support product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field and 3–5 years in quality control, with leadership experience and ISO 9001 familiarity. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, manufacturing or related field.
• 3–5 years in quality control/assurance or manufacturing quality.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of IQC, AQL, CAPA, RCA and SPC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality software.

Mansioni

• Lead IQC activities ensuring suppliers meet quality specs and resolve issues.
• Develop and improve inspection plans and acceptance criteria.
• Own quality documentation and support audits.
• Manage and develop one QC Technician; provide coaching.
• Support production through CAPA investigations and root cause analysis.
