Job summary

Mascot International Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for an international role based at our headquarters in Denmark. You will advise managers on leadership, employee relations and organisational development across countries, manage recruitment, employment conditions and day-to-day leadership matters, and coordinate trainee programmes with our global organisation.

Join a driven HR team and report to the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HR Business Partner or HR Consultant experience.
• Experience advising managers and handling operational and organizational topics in an international environment.
• Structured, responsible with end-to-end task management.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employment law, coaching, conflict management and HR systems.
• English proficiency; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee cases including absence, difficult conversations, terminations and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, contracts, policies and local employment conditions.

• Collaborate with managers and colleagues across MASCOT's international organisation.

HR Business Partner - International Role

Experienced HR professional with an international mindset?

We are looking for an experienced and trusted HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to managers, employees and colleagues at our headquarters in Pårup.

This is an international role in which you will support selected business areas across countries and cultures throughout the employee journey. You will advise managers on organisational development, employee relations, recruitment, employment conditions and day-to-day leadership matters. You will also be responsible for coordinating and developing MASCOT's trainee programmes.

You will join an experienced HR team and report to the HR Manager.

Your key responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on leadership, employee relations and organisational development
• Manage recruitment processes from job profile to final employment
• Handle employee cases, including absence, difficult conversations, terminations and exit interviews
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, contracts, policies and local employment conditions
• Plan and quality-assure onboarding activities
• Support international HR projects, employee surveys, workshops and annual HR activities
• Coordinate trainee recruitment, training plans and ongoing development
• Collaborate with managers and colleagues across MASCOT's international organisation

What you bring

You have at least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant. You are confident in advising managers and comfortable handling both operational HR matters and broader organisational topics in an international business environment.

You are structured, responsible and able to move tasks from initiation to completion. You communicate clearly, listen carefully and build trusted relationships across functions, countries and cultures. You use your business understanding to combine sound judgement with a practical and solution-oriented approach.

Experience with recruitment, employment law, coaching, conflict management and HR systems is important. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.

You are fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in another European language would be a strong advantage.
