Job summary

Vaillant Group in Taastrup, Nordics, seeks a service-minded Inside Sales supporter to join our Sales Support team. You will act as the link between customers, installers and wholesalers and our Area Sales Managers, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly support while managing orders and inquiries.

Your responsibilities include order handling in SAP, data maintenance in Salesforce, and providing technical sales support for product selection and quotations, in close collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support, preferably within wholesale, plumbing, HVAC, or the construction industry.
• Service-minded with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce, and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone and email, answering questions on products, pricing, delivery times, and order status.
• Receive and process orders in SAP, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide technical sales support, including product selection, quotations, and master data management.
• Support Area Sales Managers with quotations, follow-ups, and daily customer interactions.
• Participate in the team's daily activities and contribute to efficient ways of working.

We are looking for a service-minded and structured colleague to join our Sales Support team in Taastrup. You will act as the link between our customers, primarily installers and wholesalers and our Area Sales Managers. Your role will be to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly support while helping to manage orders and enquiries efficiently.

• Providing customer support by phone and email, including responding to enquiries about products, pricing, delivery times, and order status.

• Providing technical sales support, including assisting with product selection, quotations, and master data management in collaboration with colleagues and the technical department.
