Job summary

ETAP, a part of AVEVA Group, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) in a hybrid role in the Copenhagen/Ballerup area. You will identify prospective B2B customers, schedule appointments for the sales engineer, and help develop and close new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

The role requires several years of sales experience, a German language proficiency, and solid CRM/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in new customer acquisition or a similar inside sales role.
• A sales-driven mindset and a high level of self-motivation.
• Enthusiasm for winning new customers and developing business relationships.
• Confidence in initiating and leading customer conversations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a clear determination to succeed.
• A very good command of German.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A strong sense of responsibility, a structured approach to work and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
