AVEVA Group is seeking a Solution Engineer Expert in Ballerup, Denmark, to lead advanced power system studies and deliver technical demonstrations for European projects. You will collaborate with customers, sales and R&D to tailor ETAP solutions for complex grid challenges.

You will apply expertise in Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc Flash and Renewable Integration, mentor engineers, and help win strategic opportunities through pre-sales engagement and rigorous technical bidding.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience delivering power system studies using ETAP.
• Expert knowledge of Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc Flash and Harmonic Analysis.

Activities include customer meetings, solution design discussions, demonstrations, technical workshops, proposal support and strategic opportunity development.R&D InvolvementThe position acts as a key bridge between the European market and ETAP R&D. Responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, validating new functionality, participating in beta programmes and driving product enhancements based on market feedback.Success Measures· High-quality delivery of engineering studies and consulting engagements.· Contribution to sales growth through technical leadership and customer support.· Successful delivery of training and customer enablement activities.· Strong collaboration with ETAP R&D and Product Management.· High customer satisfaction across Europe.ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
