Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead complex, multi-year technology enablement programmes within its Creative Play Lab. You will align technical delivery with business value, oversee governance and risk, and drive adoption of new tools and AI initiatives across product, engineering, and operations.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage external vendors, and mentor colleagues while upholding safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Significant programme or project management experience delivering complex, multi-year technology enablement or innovation programmes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and link objectives to business value.
• Experience with AI or emerging tech adoption programmes is a strong plus.
• Proven change management, upsilling and communications capabilities.
• Strong vendor/partner management with budget and cost control accountability.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks; formal PM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year technology enablement programmes within the Creative Play Lab.
• Create structured delivery plans with roadmaps, milestones, resources and risk registers.
• Drive technology adoption through change management, training and capability building.
• Interface between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and manage dependencies.
• Maintain governance, reporting cadences and risk management per policy.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and cost control.
• Define and report programme success metrics and surface insights for leadership.
• Mentor junior staff in programme management practices.
