Job summary

Adtraction Denmark is seeking an Influencer Manager to grow our influencer marketing footprint in Denmark. You will recruit and engage influencers, drive results on our platform, and establish a new vertical from the ground up.

You’ll work with established Danish brands across beauty, fashion, food, media, and lifestyle, and help launch Iriz in the Danish market while recruiting brands to the platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience.
• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with technical tools including CRM and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Proactive, sales-oriented mindset with travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Grow influencer-driven gross profit in Denmark.
• Identify, recruit, and engage new influencers and content creators.
• Optimize influencer performance and scale results in DK.
• Launch Iriz in the Danish market and recruit brands to Iriz.
• Build relationships with premium content creators and media houses.
• Maintain regular communications and represent Adtraction at events.
• Track partner activity using core systems to provide strategic insights.
• Plan and execute seasonal e-commerce activities.
