Job summary

Adtraction Denmark in Aarhus is seeking an Influencer Manager to grow our influencer marketing in Denmark, recruit influencers, and launch Iriz (iriz.app) in the Danish market. You will work with Danish brands across beauty, fashion, food, media and lifestyle, and build partnerships with premium creators and media houses.

You'll also lead efforts to expand our Danish influencer footprint, drive managed gross profit, and collaborate with an international team to scale and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong communication and hunter sales mindset.
• Willingness to travel for events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Grow influencer-driven gross profit in Denmark.
• Identify, recruit and engage new influencers and content creators.
• Optimize influencer performance and help creators scale their results in DK.
• Launch Iriz in the Danish market and recruit brands to Iriz.
• Build relationships with premium content creators and media houses.
• Represent Adtraction at industry events and build trust with partners.
• Analyze partner activity using core systems and provide strategic insights.
