Job summary

Vestas in Aarhus, Denmark invites a seasoned leader to head the newly established Value Chain Processes department, shaping capabilities, operating model and roadmap to connect product design to field execution across Transport, Construction and Service.

You will lead global teams, drive standardised, digitally connected processes, champion traceability, and partner with R&D, Quality and Service to deliver safer, more efficient, right-first-time execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering, industrialization, manufacturing, or process development.
• Experience with change management and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the newly established Value Chain Processes department and build its culture, capabilities, and long-term direction.
• Create the roadmap to transform a fragmented process landscape into a scalable, digitally connected ecosystem.
• Ensure governance and operating models support high-quality, traceable process deliverables across the value chain.
• Partner with R&D, Transport, Construction, Service, Quality and Value Chain Services to accelerate transformation.
