Wavetel ApS in Copenhagen, Denmark seeks an experienced IMS/iSBC Core Expert (4G/5G) to lead migration planning and coordination for a 7+ month onsite engagement. You will work with Nokia, the customer, and legacy operators to ensure seamless voice core migrations and cutovers.

The ideal candidate has deep IMS, iSBC/eSBC and SIP Trunking expertise, strong project coordination skills, and fluency in English; EU passport required for onsite work.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with IMS and 4G/5G Voice Core architectures.
• Strong knowledge of iSBC/eSBC and SIP Trunking.
• Experience with telecom migration projects and cutover activities.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and English fluency; Scandinavian language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate Nokia IMS and iSBC migration activities.
• Coordinate SIP Trunk migration and related voice interconnects.
• Serve as liaison among customer, Nokia, legacy operator, and tech teams.
• Identify dependencies and actions to prevent blockers.
• Follow up on implementations, faults, and blockers during cutovers.
• Maintain migration plans, diagrams, risk logs, and docs.
• Support migration testing, cutover, and post-migration validation.
• Provide guidance on SIP interconnects and voice service integration.
