Trackunit is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end customer implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.
You will manage plans, milestones, and customer success handover while maintaining a strong focus on time-to-value and delivery quality in a hybrid work environment.
This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
The Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for managing customer implementations from contract signature through successful completion, acting as the project manager and primary delivery lead throughout the process.
The IM ensures projects are executed according to agreed timelines, scope, and customer expectations. The role plays a key part in delivering early customer value, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and enabling a smooth transition to Customer Success ownership after implementation.
Experience in customer-facing project management, implementation, or delivery roles; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously; comfort working in technical or product-led environments; experience with change management methodologies; a structured, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries — this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're excited about this role and your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.
The role primarily has an operational and tactical impact at the individual customer and project level, directly influencing time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and the quality of the handover to Customer Success.
The IM interacts internally with CSMs, Commercial, Marketing, and Hardware & Platform teams, and externally serves as the primary customer contact during implementation. Communication is focused mainly on informing and advising, including leading all customer meetings and providing status updates.
The role addresses day-to-day implementation challenges such as risks, scope changes, and coordination issues, generally within established methodologies and playbooks. The IM also contributes improvement ideas based on recurring implementation challenges but does not own process redesign.

The IM delivers implementations independently within defined frameworks and established methodologies, escalating risks and issues appropriately rather than resolving all issues unilaterally. Decisions are generally operational and project-level rather than strategic.
