Job summary

Trackunit is seeking an Implementation Manager for a temporary role with potential to become permanent. You will lead customer implementations from contract signature to successful delivery, acting as the project manager and primary delivery lead.

You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines, scope, and customer expectations, and drive time-to-value while ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for assigned customers
• Own and maintain the Implementation Statement of Work, project plans, and defined milestones and timelines
• Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and resources throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Own and drive Time-to-Value as a core performance metric for assigned accounts
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalation issues when required — including named ownership of escalating churn or downsell risk on Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market accounts
• Adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery
