Qualifications

• Proven experience in field-based sales within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or related industries.
• Experience managing complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
• Experience working with laboratories, healthcare providers, procurement teams, or clinical stakeholders is advantageous.
• Involvement in tender processes, contract negotiations, and territory planning is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer engagement, pipeline development, and forecasting.
