If is a Nordic insurer shaping the future of Identity & Access Management. You will join the IAM organisation to drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement across IAM services and products, working with business stakeholders, technology teams and product managers to ensure IAM delivers real value.

You will bridge business and technology perspectives, support adoption of IAM capabilities, and contribute to awareness activities while helping non-human identities and AI agents access

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer and user-oriented mindset.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams.
• Experience in security, digital identity, and modern technology.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management including non-human identities and access needs.
• Structured and proactive way of working.
• Ability to navigate both business and technology discussions.
• Fluent English skills.

• Drive adoption and engagement of IAM services across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to improve IAM.
