Job summary

emagine Group in Copenhagen is seeking an Identity and Strategy Lead to shape the bank’s IAM strategy within the financial sector. You will own the enterprise IAM roadmap, define governance and policy, and translate regulatory expectations into practical controls.

The role requires extensive experience in regulated environments, with collaboration across senior committees and stakeholders to secure delivery and improve IAM effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in IAM strategy and transformation in highly regulated environments.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap execution.
• Deep understanding of authentication and authorization standards within IAM.
• Experience in defining IAM governance and policy frameworks.

• Professional certifications in cybersecurity or IAM.
