emagine is seeking an Identity and Strategy Lead to shape the bank's IAM strategy within a highly regulated financial sector. You will define and socialize an enterprise IAM roadmap, establish governance models, and collaborate with executives to translate regulatory expectations into actionable controls.

With 10–15 years in IAM, you will own the IAM strategy, drive cross-functional delivery, and oversee both human and machine identities.

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in IAM strategy and transformation in highly regulated environments.
Proven ownership of an enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap execution.
Deep understanding of IAM domains including authentication and authorization standards.
Experience in defining IAM governance and policy frameworks.

Responsabilités

Define, socialize, and maintain an enterprise IAM strategy aligned with business and security strategies.
Develop and maintain a multi-year IAM roadmap with prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Define the future-state IAM operating model, covering governance and policy.
Establish approaches for managing human and non-human identities.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to secure delivery of the roadmap.
Translate regulatory expectations into practical IAM controls and metrics.
Define performance and risk metrics for IAM effectiveness.
Provide executive-level advice and recommendations to senior committees.
Act as an internal authority on IAM strategy and emerging identity threats.
