Job summary

AGCO seeks a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to maintain and improve customer satisfaction for dealers and distributors, across AGCO brands and platforms. You will provide daily technical assistance (office-based or on-site) using Tech Connect, Salesforce and One Number, and help promote product training.

Based in Randers with hybrid work, you will handle warranty policies, PSPs, and coordinate with factory support while communicating technical information clearly in English and Danish.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English and Danish; confident presentation abilities.
• Team-oriented with prompt responses via email/calls/cases using Tech Connect/Salesforce.
• Customer and dealer focus with timely policy handling and PSP training.
• Solid understanding of agricultural/farm machinery markets and first-level technical support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance customer, dealer, and distributor satisfaction by resolving technical issues and delivering superior support.
• Provide daily technical assistance (office-based and on-site) using AGCO systems like Tech Connect, Salesforce, and One Number; escalate as needed.
• Handle warranty policies per AGCO procedures and inform dealers/distributors about PSPs.
• Promote and support technical training for dealers and distributors; plan and deliver training sessions.
• Act as liaison between dealers, distributors and factory support; participate in meetings and events to communicate technical information.
