Job summary

Inexchange in Denmark is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. Based in Norresundby, you will be the first point of contact for customers and users, handling requests and delivering professional service.

You will troubleshoot, analyze data, guide users, and collaborate with Product and Support to ensure a great experience, with a hybrid working model and some travel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support
• Genuine technical interest and troubleshooting mindset
• Comfortable with digital systems and learning new tools
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and invoice files
• Strong analytical skills to identify errors and patterns
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken
• Structured, solution-oriented, and able to handle multiple cases
• Able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues
• Experience in finance, invoicing, payments or financial services is an advantage
• German or French language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming support requests via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting technical and user-related issues
• Analyzing and interpreting data and invoice files to identify errors or inconsistencies
• Guiding customers through technical issues in clear, easy-to-understand terms
• Investigating cases and gathering information to identify root causes
• Documenting and following up on support cases
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist or team
• Collaborating with Support, Product and other functions to ensure a great customer experience
