PureGym DK is seeking a Procurement Manager to join the Copenhagen-based Procurement Team. The role sits in the Sourcing sub-team with 8 other Procurement Managers / Officers and reports to the Head of Procurement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a procurement role with experience leading tender / RFP processes, including complex negotiations, generating cost savings and commercial impact.
• Proficiency in Danish and English language.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business/functional objectives.
• Lead multiple, simultaneous sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking activities, contract renewals and direct supplier negotiations.
• Facilitate end-to-end process from project initiation to supplier mobilisation, with progress updates.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and define requirements.
• Review the market to identify potential suppliers and solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Contract Managers on legal negotiations.
• Support due diligence / supplier vetting and stakeholder sign-off.
• Mobilise contracts / suppliers and support supplier management activities, including reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Be the escalation point for contractual and supplier performance issues.
• Provide sound commercial advice on procurement matters.
• Develop relationships with IT, Ops/FM, Property, Finance, HR and Marketing stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies / standards.
• Identify cost reduction, service improvement and risk mitigation opportunities; plan delivery.
• Contribute to Procurement team strategy and KPIs.
• This is a hybrid role, split across home-working and the Copenhagen Office.
• Occasional international travel within Europe up to 4 times per year.
