Zusammenfassung

PureGym Denmark is seeking an experienced Head of People to lead the HR and People strategy across the Danish gym estate on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role requires travel to offices four days per week and fluency in Danish and English.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent, succession, recruitment, and workforce planning, coach managers, oversee ER activity, and manage a small HRBP team to deliver a commercially focused HR service across multi-site operations.

• Lead the People & HR strategy across PureGym Denmark estate.

• Manage a small team of HR Business Partners and HR project resources.
