Job summary

Hitachi Rail Limited in Denmark is seeking a Project Systems & Integration Engineer to set up and support an integrated project management landscape across Oracle, Autodesk, SAP and Microsoft 365.

You will design interfaces, build REST APIs, automate data flows and ensure secure, traceable exchanges with daily apps and data pipelines, while collaborating with IT, engineering and controls teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, data mapping and system integration patterns.
• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, Python and VBA/macros.
• Delivery of analysis, design, deployment and production support.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solution design: assess processes, data flows and interfaces; define target architecture.
• Platform setup: configure Power Platform, Primavera Cloud, Oracle Core Model, Autodesk Forma, SAP ByDesign, Jira, Polarion, SharePoint.
• Integration development: create REST APIs with authentication, mapping and error handling.
• Automation: build utilities and workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Data management: define master data rules and synchronization logic.
• Testing and deployment: execute tests and coordinate releases.
• Operations and support: monitor integrations and resolve incidents.
• Documentation and collaboration: maintain architecture and training materials.
