Job summary

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Data Communication Network Work Package Leader to design and manage interfaces, lead subsystem design, allocate requirements, and prepare handover evidence for installation and testing.

You will coordinate FAT/SAT, manage routing/switching, IP addressing, cybersecurity zones, and interface documentation while reporting progress and escalation as needed in a hybrid, Denmark-based role.

Qualifications

• Lead work package design and allocation of requirements for Data Communication Network.
• Coordinate interfaces and ensure complete, traceable design outputs and documentation.
• Manage suppliers and technical interfaces across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own Data Communication Network scope, schedule, budget inputs, risks, issues, dependencies, supplier delivery milestones.
• Ensure architecture, interface documents, design outputs, and handover records are complete and traceable.
• Coordinate testing and integration activities (FAT/SAT) and resolve defects.
• Report progress and escalation to Engineering and Project Governance.
• Apply Hitachi Code of Conduct in decision-making and escalation.
