Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH in Søborg seeks a Product Compliance Manager to ensure membrane products meet regulatory and industry requirements across markets. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, and corporate functions to embed compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

You will lead compliance strategies, monitor regulatory developments, coordinate testing and certification, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs in a regulated industry.
Master's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related field; PhD advantageous.
Experience with product testing, certification, and approval processes across markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance strategies for new and existing products.
Monitor legislation, standards, and regulatory developments and assess impact on products.
Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate product testing, certification, and approval activities.
Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation (certificates, declarations, technical files).
Ensure products meet requirements to enter and remain in target markets.
Provide guidance on compliance requirements across the organization.
Work with regulatory authorities, third-party labs, certification bodies, and customers.
Lead compliance-related projects to strengthen processes.
