Job summary

Alfa Laval AB is expanding its global pharmaceutical business from our Kolding, Denmark office. You will focus on understanding customer needs, delivering optimised process solutions, and collaborating with pharmaceutical customers, system builders and distributors.

As one of two business developers driving our pharma segment, you will engage with industry influencers, participate in joint visits, and shape long-term strategies while enjoying a hybrid work model and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Candidates should bring a passion for understanding customers' needs and challenges.
• Strong relationship-building and facilitator skills are essential.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry and sales/business development is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales team throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate projects execution across sales regions.
• Deliver optimised solutions to customers by leveraging application expertise.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term business strategies.
• Participate in joint customer visits and conduct seminars for new and existing customers.
• Assist in the creation of sales and promotional materials.
