Job summary

ALK-Abelló is embarking on an early-stage digitalization journey with the Laboratory Automation Development team. The role focuses on hands-on development of digital solutions, automating workflows, and connecting systems and data sources.

You will translate user needs into robust technical solutions and help shape standards and ways of working from the ground up. You will work across cross-functional areas with systems such as LIMS, ELN, databases, data platforms, and visualization tools,

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• Hands-on experience programming data processing and automation workflows.
• Experience with Python, C#, R, JavaScript or similar.
• Good understanding of SQL and data formats (CSV/XML/JSON).
• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/Dash/Streamlit/Plotly.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital solutions to support and improve workflows and data handling.
• Automate manual processes such as data transfers and reporting tasks.
• Develop data-driven apps, dashboards, and visualization tools.
• Support connectivity between analytical equipment, LIMS, ELN, databases and storage systems.
• Collaborate with IT to establish scalable, secure infrastructure.
• Contribute to standards for documentation, testing, version control, and data integrity.
