Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Hybrid Technical Solution Architect to drive complex networking opportunities in the Nordics, with deep product knowledge and customer-facing experience. The role involves translating business needs into scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and representing HPE at industry events.

The position requires extensive travel (approx. 30%) and collaboration across sales, engineering, and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of working in a customer-facing pre-sales role selling networking equipment or end-user experience in design/architecture/vendor selection.
• Hands-on skills to support complex PoC tests with new products and emerging technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for virtual, multi-national teams with little supervision.
• Credible technical interaction with Enterprise and Service Provider Engineering teams about the industry, technology, and HPE products in Data Center and WAN.
• Outstanding communication skills to communicate to diverse audiences; English mandatory; other major European languages advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally to visit customers, partners and account teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical architect early in complex sales cycles, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions for data center and WAN opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with HPE sales engineering, sales specialist and account management teams, channel partners, and cooperate functions.
• Support sales engineering with understanding customer requirements, delivering deep-dive presentations and demonstrations, contributing to PoC tests, and assisting with tender responses.
• Become a go-to expert and trusted advisor on HPE’s product portfolio and automation solutions in your focus area.
• Influence technical strategy within HPE Networking by sharing thought leadership on networking innovations and industry trends.
• Speak at internal and external conferences and industry events.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior technologists and sales engineering teams.
