Nobia Group is seeking a Communication Specialist to join our team in Tilst. This broad corporate role covers internal and external communication, with close exposure to senior leadership across the Nordic organisation.

You will help shape how Nobia communicates—turning complex topics into clear messages, handling press relations, leadership communications, and cross‑functional collaboration across countries and brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communication for large or international organisations.
• Experience with press relations and media handling.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and provide advisory input.
• Proactive, able to identify stories and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• External communication and press relations with Danish media.
• Leadership communication including LinkedIn and CEO messages.
• Internal communication across functions, countries and brands.
• Change communication during organisational transformation.
• Corporate communication, e.g., annual report content.
• Cross-functional communication with People & Culture, Marketing and Talent Acquisition.
