Job summary

EG is expanding its Construction & Property sales team in Denmark and is hiring two Account Executives to open new business nationwide. You’ll report to a Sales Manager and work from our hybrid offices in Aarhus, Ballerup, Aalborg or Odense.

You’ll own the end-to-end sales process, build a strong pipeline, and contribute to strategy and team growth in a fast-moving digital product environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated by outbound sales — cold calling, booking meetings, and daily contact with new and existing customers.
• Track record in SaaS or software sales, ideally in finance, project management or time registration systems.
• Comfortable working independently and to a structured sales budget, while pulling your weight in a team.
• Fluent in Danish and comfortable in English, spoken and written, and currently based in Denmark.
• Able to work from our office in Aarhus, Ballerup, Aalborg or Odense.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own pipeline from scratch — structured cold canvassing, prospecting and outreach using Sales Navigator
• Own new business across SMB construction and property accounts, working to your own budget and KPIs
• Run a disciplined, structured sales process end-to-end, from qualifying the opportunity to negotiating and closing the deal
• Advise on and sell EG’s digital solutions — including our quality management, estimating, and administrative business operations solutions
• Coordinate your pipeline in Salesforce and contribute to shared sales and strategy activities across the team
