Job summary

EG is seeking two Account Executives to open new business across Denmark. You will build a pipeline, manage negotiations, and close deals for our Danish and Nordic customers. This hunter role offers a hybrid model and the chance to work from Aarhus, Ballerup, Aalborg, or Odense with a focus on growing a robust software portfolio.

You will work with a Danish team, report to a Sales Manager, and contribute to population-wide growth with structured outbound outreach and KPI-driven targets.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales focus: cold calling, meetings, daily contact with customers.
• SaaS/software sales experience, ideally in finance, project management or time registration.
• Independent and structured in budgeting, yet collaborative within a team.
• Fluent in Danish with strong English (spoken and written).
• Based in Denmark and able to work from EG offices in Aarhus, Ballerup, Aalborg or Odense.

Responsibilities

• Build and run your own pipeline from scratch with structured outreach using Sales Navigator.
• Own new business across SMB construction and property accounts with your own budget and KPIs.
• Run end-to-end sales process from qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Advise on and sell EG's digital solutions including quality management, estimating, and admin workflow tools.
• Coordinate your pipeline in Salesforce and contribute to team strategy.
