Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an experienced HR professional to support production managers with HR operations, recruitment for hourly workers, and ensuring a healthy, productive workplace. You will navigate Industriens Overenskomst rules and work with the CHRO to shape HR delivery, training, and exit processes.

In this role you will manage HR data, use Workday, and communicate effectively in Danish and English across a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR-support experience for leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment rules and Industriens Overenskomst.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR support to production managers.
• Handle hiring, wellbeing, retention and reducing sickness absenteeism.
• Own recruitment for hourly workers and partner with leaders on needs.
