WaveSolutions is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to lead our Roskilde-based hotel sales efforts, developing strategies to boost revenue through sales and marketing initiatives. You will manage a sales team and collaborate with other departments to ensure top-level service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in hotel sales or related fields, a proven track record in hitting targets, and strong leadership. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices in hotel sales.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Responsibilities
