Job summary

UNEEG Medical in Allerød seeks an Application/IT Supporter to deploy, support and operate UNEEG's software solutions across hospitals, focusing on the US market. You will bridge hospital IT teams with Commercial, Clinical Operations and Technology to ensure seamless installations and ongoing reliability.

The role combines remote and on-site work, requires travel, and involves training IT staff, configuring data transfer infrastructure, and maintaining Azure environments in line with healthcare

Qualifications

• Education in IT support or data technician; infra focus preferred.
• Experience or strong interest in customer-facing IT support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, virtualization, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking, application and performance issues.
• Experience with Jira, Prometheus, Grafana or Azure Monitor.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure and test data transfer infrastructure in hospitals.
• Provide remote and on-site support for installations, upgrades, operation and troubleshooting.
• Train hospital IT staff and system administrators to maintain deployed solutions effectively.
• Monitor and maintain hospital servers, cloud clients and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot networking, data communication, application and system performance issues.
• Configure and manage virtual machines, containers and Kubernetes environments, and deploy patches and updates.
• Document support cases and technical issues in Jira and collaborate with software developers on resolution and product improvements.
• Maintain deployment procedures, troubleshooting guides and other technical documentation in line with healthcare IT and data security requirements.
