Lundbeck in Valby, Denmark, is seeking a Manager for the Utility & Ventilation Team to lead 16 colleagues and oversee safe, reliable operation of GMP-critical HVAC and utility systems across the site.

You will set direction, balance operations with maintenance and lifecycle planning, and collaborate with Maintenance, Project Engineering, Quality, Production and Laboratory teams to drive compliance and uptime.

Competenze

• Relevant technical education in engineering or maritime engineering.
• 5+ years in utilities and/or HVAC in a technical environment.
• Experience from pharma or regulated industries (GMP is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
