Job summary

In this role you balance daily operations with maintenance, lifecycle planning and technical development while collaborating with Maintenance, Project Engineering, Quality, Production and Labs; success is measured by uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• Have a relevant technical education (Marine Engineer, Engineer, or similar).
• Bring 5+ years of experience within utilities and/or HVAC in a technically complex environment.
• Have people management experience and enjoy developing individuals and teams.
• Have experience from pharma or another regulated industry; GMP experience is a clear advantage.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, aligning interests and driving cross‑functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 16 colleagues across technicians, system coordinators and maintenance coordinators.
• Oversee the safe, reliable and compliant operation, maintenance and development of utility and ventilation systems.
• Balance day‑to‑day operations with maintenance, lifecycle planning and technical development.
• Collaborate across Maintenance, Project Engineering, Quality, Production and Laboratory areas.
