Grundfos in Denmark is seeking a commercially minded Product Director, Single Stage to own growth and profitability of the global Single Stage pump portfolio within CBS. You will lead a world-class Product Management organization and drive end-to-end portfolio performance.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership experience, a strong background in portfolio management, and the ability to transform organizations for sustainable growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in product management or related field.
• Strong background in portfolio management, commercial leadership, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading large global organizations through transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio competitiveness, revenue, margin, and profitability with 1–5 year roadmaps.
• Drive cost optimization, modularization, and reuse for scalability.
• Ensure value realization from development projects with strong NPV focus.
• Lead Product Management toward business- and value-oriented governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team with accountability.
