Job summary

Grundfos, a global leader in water technology, seeks a commercially driven Product Director, Single Stage, to own the growth and competitiveness of the CBS Single Stage portfolio. You will drive end-to-end performance, profitability, and long-term direction while transforming Product Management toward stronger business and value leadership.

You will lead a global team, collaborate with Product Development, GT&I, Sales, and Operations, and shape 1–5 year strategies.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership with strategic and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of transforming organizations and delivering profitable growth.
• Experience leading large, global organizations through change.
• Strong governance and commercial standards in Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio competitiveness, revenue, margin, and profitability with 1–5 year roadmaps and lifecycle plans.
• Drive portfolio optimization through pruning, complexity reduction, and modularization.
• Ensure value realization from development projects with focus on NPV, cost, quality and time-to-market.
• Lead the shift to a business- and value-oriented Product Management model with clear governance.
• Build and develop a diverse, global Product Management team with accountability.
• Act as senior stakeholder across Product Development, GT&I, Sales and Operations to maximize impact.
