Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to drive strategic capabilities across Global Commercial Operations. You will lead delivery, readiness, and capability-building activities across Demand Planning, Order Management, and Performance Management, ensuring changes are embedded and measured for value.

You will bridge strategy and execution, collaborating with Digital Deployment Managers to align business adoption with technology deployments, while advancing initiatives like Aurora

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation or operating model change.
• Strong program and project delivery experience across cross-functional initiatives.
• Practical experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with organizational readiness, change management, and capability-building activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major GCO initiatives and operating model changes.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across functions and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Lead business readiness, change management, and adoption activities for new processes and ways of working.
• Identify capability gaps and develop training, enablement, and capability-building plans across GCO.
• Establish consistent approaches for project delivery, change management, and business readiness.
• Monitor adoption and identify barriers preventing realization of benefits.
• Partner with Commercial Operations Performance to measure impact and drive corrective actions.
