Job summary

AstraZeneca Nordic Marketing Company in Denmark seeks a senior leader to own the integrated oncology strategy for the country. You will manage the local P&L, align cross-functional teams, and drive launches and lifecycle plans that improve patient outcomes and business performance.

The role demands strong leadership, deep oncology experience, and a track record of cross-functional influence across local, Nordic and global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substantial pharma/healthcare senior leadership.
Proven track record across Market Access, Sales and Marketing with P&L accountability.
Experience leading large, high-performing teams and developing talent.

Responsibilities

Set the Country Oncology Strategy and lead end-to-end portfolio across Denmark.
Shape patient and business value by translating insights into differentiated propositions.
Own the Denmark OBU P&L, budget, forecasting and resource allocation.
Unite cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, Market Access and more.
Elevate the Danish Leadership team with the OBU vision integrated into DK strategy.
Drive integrated sales and marketing strategies across launches and lifecycle.
Advance digital and AI-enabled ways of working in planning and execution.
Build trusted external relationships to shape cancer care strategies.
