Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Natural Sciences or related field.
• Medical Affairs leadership across strategy, operations and capabilities.
• Launch and lifecycle expertise for complex portfolios.
• Senior leadership across cross-functional and global environments.
• People leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Strategic and business acumen aligning medical strategy with brand/value.
• Evidence generation, data, responsible AI, regulatory and HTA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English and local language.
• Strategic, analytical, and adaptable with strong execution.
• Industry knowledge of pharma, healthcare systems, payer environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead country Integrated Medical Plan aligning priorities, patient needs and evidence gaps.
• Shape country evidence strategy including real-world data and investigator-sponsored research.
• Represent AstraZeneca in scientific forums and strengthen external medical leadership.
• Drive medical governance with senior oversight of benefit-risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with Nordic, regional and global teams on access strategy.
• Develop talent and leadership pipeline within the organization.
• Build strategic partnerships with clinical experts, patient groups, payers and HTA bodies.
• Champion responsible AI adoption to enhance scientific impact and efficiency.
