Flatpay is seeking a Head of Marketing Automation to build and own the engine that drives revenue across our markets. You will decide flows, segments and channels, lead the CRM team, and shape the campaign plan in Klaviyo across markets.

You will partner with Content, Analytics, Product Marketing and Leadership to set testing cadences, data requirements, and governance. This role is centered in our Danish HQ, with remote-friendly options and a track record of impact.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in marketing automation or CRM across multiple markets.
• You have led teams with direct and indirect reports and know how to hire and manage performance.
• You can own and delegate, and translate goals into actionable projects.
• You turn business goals into measurable targets and bridge strategy to execution.
• You know Klaviyo or similar platform to guide development and step in when needed.
• You are curious about data and can translate business needs into data requirements.
• You run tests with a clear hypothesis, metric, and decision.
• You plan across many markets and products with structure.
• You communicate clearly in English; another market language is a plus.
• You have B2B or fintech experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own the automation roadmap across email, SMS, push and on-site messaging.
• Own the optimisation roadmap with testing cadence and shared learnings.
• Make the data work: define data requirements for segmentation and personalization.
• Lead and grow the CRM team and set standards for QA and documentation.
• Run Klaviyo as a platform with scalable account structure and governance.
• Report on flows and campaigns impact with clear recommendations.
