Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a strategic leader to drive delivery and adoption of capabilities across Global Commercial Operations. You will steer major initiatives, align teams, and embed new processes and operating models to realize defined business outcomes.

You will partner with demand planning, order management, and performance management to ensure smooth adoption, training, and capability development across the organization. This role emphasizes delivering measurable impact and sustained change.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Strong program and project delivery experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Practical experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, or related business functions.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable implementation plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading organizational readiness, change management and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major GCO initiatives and operating model changes.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across functions and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Lead business readiness, change management, and adoption activities for new processes.
• Ensure teams are prepared to operate within future-state models.
• Partner with Digital Deployment Managers to align adoption with technology deployments.
• Identify capability gaps and develop training and enablement plans across GCO.
• Ensure new capabilities and processes become embedded in day-to-day operations.
• Support evolution of Demand Planning, Order Management and Performance Management.
