Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Global Commercial Operations (GCO) to lead delivery and adoption of strategic capabilities across Demand Planning, Order Management, and Performance Management. You will drive operating model changes, build organizational readiness, and embed capabilities through training and enablement.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation.
Experience in program and project delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain or related business function.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of major GCO initiatives and operating model changes.
Translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
Coordinate delivery across functions and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Lead business readiness, change management, and adoption activities for new processes and ways of working.
Develop training, enablement, and capability-building plans across GCO.
Establish consistent approaches for project delivery, change management, and implementation.
Monitor adoption and drive corrective actions when required.
