• Proven experience leading multinational teams across regions.
• Deep expertise in cost estimating, forecasting, reporting, and portfolio performance.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate global matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Commercial Management function and govern the factory expansion portfolio.
• Define commercial strategy, governance, and best practices for large-scale capital projects.
• Manage cost estimating, forecasting, and commercial performance to support executive decisions.
• Drive digital tools and processes for forecasting accuracy and portfolio visibility.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and investment priorities.
• Embed governance and collaboration across a global portfolio of capital projects.
